7.1. Purpose & Functionalities
The purpose and functionalities of the Project module are the following:
- IMS will be used as a front end to create and modify Projects in NetSuite.
- The Project Module will be used to create Project Specific data (Such as the Shift Reports) in IMS.
- Provide Shift Report Time to Reconciler
These Projects can then be used in several modules such as:
- Attendance Module
- Timesheet Module
- …
IMS will display the NetSuite internal ID for the Projects and provide a shortcut to the NetSuite record for users with NetSuite access.
