There is a requirement to match and breakdown the timesheet to push the time with the correct Rate Type for the different Employee Types.
The Timesheet Module needs to be configurable as different employees will follow different rules and different projects will have different requirements.
As different Rate Types (Basic, Night Shift…) are allocated to the different Employee Types (“Direct Labour”, “Management Direct”, “Agency Labour” and “Agency Management”), the timesheet presented in IMS will need to adjust depending on the employee type selected.
The system will be able to bypass the reconciler step depending on the Project setup (with or without Shift Report).
The Time Push module will allow time to be pushed independently on a week by week and project by project basis.
